Welcome to Poppit's Playhouse. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.poppitsplayhousellc.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from Poppit's Playhouse LLC ("Poppit's Playhouse", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site or buy from us.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to place an order. If you're buying on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
You may browse without an account, but some features (order history, saved measurements, wish lists) require you to create one. You're responsible for keeping your login information secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you think your account has been accessed by someone else.
Poppit's Playhouse designs and sells mobility products for small dogs, including wheelchairs, harnesses, and related accessories. Our products are designed to improve quality of life for dogs with mobility challenges, but they are not medical devices and are not a substitute for veterinary care. You should consult your veterinarian before using any mobility product on your dog.
Product photos, renderings, and descriptions are for illustrative purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in color, finish, or detail because of manufacturing variation and the nature of additive manufacturing (3D printing). We reserve the right to update, change, or discontinue any product at any time.
• Pricing. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include shipping, taxes, or duties unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but price changes won't affect orders already placed.
• Order acceptance. Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you an order confirmation or ship the product. We may refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, product unavailability, pricing errors, or a customer's history of abusive returns.
• Pricing errors. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full even after you've received a confirmation.
• Payment. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we don't store full card numbers on our servers.
• Sales tax. We collect sales tax where required by law.
We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs are outside our control.
Risk of loss passes to you when the product is delivered to the shipping carrier. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we'll help file a claim and make it right.
Some of our products, including custom-sized wheelchairs, are built to measurements you provide for your specific dog. Because these are made to order, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged except in the case of a manufacturing defect or a measurement error on our end. See our Return and Refund Policy for details.
Measurement responsibility. We'll provide a measurement guide and are happy to walk you through it. If you submit measurements that turn out to be incorrect, the resulting product is still yours to keep, but we're glad to help you troubleshoot fit or offer a discount on a replacement.
Our return and refund process is covered in detail in our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Short version: 30-day returns on most items, free return shipping, 15% restocking fee on non-defective returns (up to 40% for items showing excessive wear or damage), and a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects covering the original dog for whom the product was fitted.
We stand behind what we build. Poppit's Playhouse products are covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, for the lifetime of the original dog for whom the product was fitted, extended to the original purchaser only, with proof of purchase.
The warranty does not transfer to additional dogs, secondhand buyers, or resale situations. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, chewing, damage from misuse or neglect, damage from improper assembly or modification, cosmetic changes from normal use, loss or theft, commercial or rental use, damage caused by the dog's significant change in weight or size after fitting, or any product that has been altered or repaired by anyone other than us.
At our discretion, we will remedy a valid warranty claim by repair, replacement, or refund — in that order of preference. See the Return and Refund Policy for how to file a claim.
Everything on the Site — the designs, product names, logos, photos, text, 3D models, videos, and code — is owned by Poppit's Playhouse LLC or our licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and design rights. You may browse and share content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, 3D-print, or create derivative works from our designs without written permission.
"Poppit's Playhouse" and "Poppit GO" are trademarks of Poppit's Playhouse LLC.
If you post reviews, photos of your dog, comments, or other content on the Site or tag us on social media, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and share that content for marketing and promotional purposes, with credit where practical. You represent that the content is yours to share and doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.
We may remove user content at our discretion, especially anything that's abusive, spammy, defamatory, or off-topic.
When using the Site, you agree not to:
• Use the Site for anything illegal or fraudulent.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or backend.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce our product designs.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to collect data from the Site.
• Interfere with the Site's operation or security.
• Resell our products without authorization.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, limit returns, or restrict accounts for any customer showing a pattern of excessive returns, suspected return fraud, chargeback abuse, threats or harassment of our staff, or other conduct that places an unreasonable burden on our business. We will apply this provision fairly and will communicate any action taken.
The Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except for the express lifetime warranty described above.
We don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any product will meet every dog's specific needs. Every dog is different, and mobility products work best alongside veterinary guidance.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Poppit's Playhouse LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or damages from use of our products, even if we've been advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim related to a product or order will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.
Some states don't allow limitations on implied warranties or liability, so some of these limits may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Poppit's Playhouse and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claim, demand, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of a product, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that is not resolved through the process in Section 18 will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
Let's talk first. If you have an issue, email brett@poppitsplayhousellc.com and give us 30 days to try to make it right before starting any formal action. Most issues get resolved here.
If we can't resolve it informally, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will take place in King County, Washington, or by phone or video if you prefer. This means you waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action, except where prohibited by law.
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing us within 30 days of your first purchase with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" and including your name and order number. Small-claims court is still available for qualifying disputes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Effective Date" above and, for material changes, give notice through the Site or by email. Continued use of the Site or placing a new order after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Return and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between us and you regarding the Site and your purchases.
• Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
• No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision isn't a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
• Assignment. You can't assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• Force majeure. We're not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (natural disasters, pandemics, carrier disruptions, supply chain issues, etc.).

Return and Refund Policy

We want you and your dog to love your Poppit's Playhouse product. If something isn't working out, here's the deal in plain language:
• 30 days. You have 30 days from delivery to start a return on most items.
• Free return shipping. We'll email you a prepaid return label — you don't pay to ship it back.
• 15% restocking fee. We deduct a 15% restocking fee from your refund on non-defective returns to cover inspection, cleaning, and repackaging.
• Up to 40% for heavily used returns. Items showing excessive wear, damage, soiling, or odor may be subject to a higher restocking fee up to 40%, or refused outright at our discretion. We'll always send photos and notify you before making that call.
• Custom-fit items. Wheelchairs sized to your dog's measurements are final sale and only returnable if defective.
• Lifetime warranty. Every Poppit's Playhouse product is covered for the lifetime of the original dog for whom it was fitted, against manufacturing defects, for the original purchaser.
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered (per the carrier's tracking) to start a return. Returns started after day 30 aren't eligible for a refund, though we may be able to help with a repair, replacement, or store credit on a case-by-case basis.
To be eligible for a standard return, the item needs to be:
• In its original condition — no excessive wear, stains, odors, pet hair buildup, or damage.
• Returned with all original parts, hardware, and packaging where possible.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
• Custom-fit wheelchairs sized to your dog's measurements (returnable only if defective — see Section 6).
• Personalized or engraved products.
• Gift cards.
• Final-sale or clearance items (marked at checkout).
• Items returned after the 30-day window.
• Items without proof of purchase.
Step 1. Email brett@poppitsplayhousellc.com with your order number and a quick note about why you're returning. Photos help, especially for defects.
Step 2. We'll reply within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
Step 3. Pack the item securely (original box is best), include the RMA number inside the package, and drop it off at the carrier shown on the label.
Step 4. Once we receive and inspect the return (usually within 5 business days of delivery to us), we'll email you with the refund decision and timing.
Please don't send returns without an RMA number — we may not be able to process them, and unauthorized returns may be refused at our warehouse.
A 15% restocking fee is deducted from the refund on non-defective returns in standard condition. This covers inspection, cleaning and sanitization (these products go on dogs, so hygiene matters), repackaging, and processing costs.
Higher fees for excessive wear. Returns showing excessive wear, damage, soiling, odor, or missing components may be subject to a restocking fee up to 40%, or refused outright, at our discretion. We'll send you photos and notify you of the adjusted fee before processing so you can decide whether to accept the reduced refund or have the item shipped back to you at your cost.
No restocking fee applies to:
• Items returned because of a manufacturing defect.
• Items damaged in transit.
• Items shipped in error (wrong product, wrong size from our end).
• Warranty claims.
Because custom-fit wheelchairs are built to the exact measurements you provide for your specific dog, they are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless:
• There's a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship, or
• We made an error in translating your measurements into the build.
If the fit is off because of a measurement or recovery issue on your end (your dog grew, lost weight, healed differently than expected, etc.), email us anyway. We'll do our best to help with adjustments, replacement parts, or a discount on a rebuild at our cost.
Once your return is approved, we'll refund the purchase price minus any applicable restocking fee to your original payment method. Expect to see the refund in 5–10 business days after approval, though your bank's timing may vary.
Original shipping charges (if any) are not refunded unless the return is because of our error or a defect.
We may issue a partial refund instead of a full refund if an item is returned with signs of use beyond what's needed to evaluate fit, missing parts or hardware, or damage not caused by us. We'll let you know before finalizing anything so there are no surprises.
The easiest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order. This gets the replacement to you faster and avoids any confusion about sizing or availability. If you'd rather do a direct exchange, just mention it in your return request and we'll work it out.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with:
• Your order number.
• Photos of the damage or defect.
• Photos of the shipping box and packing materials if it looks like transit damage.
We'll cover return shipping, waive the restocking fee, and send a replacement or issue a full refund (including original shipping). No hassle.
Coverage. Every Poppit's Playhouse product is covered against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original dog for whom the product was fitted. If a frame cracks, a 3D-printed component fails structurally under normal use, hardware breaks, or seams give out — we'll make it right.
Who's covered. The warranty applies to the original purchaser only, with proof of purchase, and covers the original dog for whom the product was fitted. It does not transfer to additional dogs in the household, secondhand buyers, or resale situations.
Remedy ladder. At our discretion, we'll remedy a valid warranty claim by: (1) repairing the product, (2) replacing it, or (3) issuing a refund — in that order of preference. Most issues can be fixed with a repair or replacement part shipped to you.
What's not covered:
• Normal wear and tear (fading, minor scuffs, strap softening over time).
• Accidental damage or damage from chewing.
• Damage from improper assembly or modifications.
• Cosmetic changes from normal use.
• Loss or theft.
• Products altered or repaired by anyone other than us.
• Commercial, rental, or shared use.
• Damage caused by significant changes to the dog's weight, size, or physical structure after the initial fitting.
• Use of the product on a dog other than the one it was originally fitted for.
How to file a warranty claim. Email returns@poppitsplayhousellc.comwith your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of how it happened. We'll walk you through the next step, which is usually sending the item back for inspection at our cost.
If you haven't received a refund within 10 business days of approval, first check with your bank or card issuer — processing times on their end can be longer than expected. Still missing? Email us and we'll dig in.
We currently ship within the continental United States. If you've coordinated a special shipment (Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories), returns are still covered under this policy, but we'll work with you on logistics case-by-case.
We reserve the right to refuse returns, limit future purchases, or restrict accounts for customers showing a pattern of excessive returns, suspected return fraud, or conduct that places an unreasonable burden on our business. We'll apply this fairly and communicate clearly before taking any action.
